There is a low turnover of staff at the Project with an average length of service of six years.  This stability and accumulated experience equips staff to help young people tackle and resolve some of the complex needs they bring with them.  All staff are trained to NVQ Level 3 in Housing and Youth and Community Development.

Sessional Project Workers

Pay rate- £8.94 rising to £10.15 per hour
Covering for specific activities, staff shortages, illness, and holidays; supporting the projects delivery of support and activities for young people.
A varied role that supports the project to deliver high quality support to residents, assist in delivering leisure and educational activities, and assist in the successful day-to-day management of the project
A flexible approach, alongside a genuine positive regard for young people, and an ability to foster meaningful engagement is required.
