Job opportunities

There is a low turnover of staff at the Project with an average length of service of six years.  This stability and accumulated experience equips staff to help young people tackle and resolve some of the complex needs they bring with them.  All staff are trained to NVQ Level 3 in Housing and Youth and Community Development.

Sessional Staff

The Project has a dedicated team of sessional staff.  The sessional staff support the Project to ensure in the absence of the permanent staff the young people are still provided with a high level of support and live within a safe and secure environment.   Sessional staff are required to cover day, evening and night shifts sometimes at short notice if cover is required for staff sickness.
